What currencies does CurrencySwap support?

CurrencySwap supports 33 major world currencies: Australian Dollar (AUD), Bulgarian Lev (BGN), Brazilian Real (BRL), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Swiss Franc (CHF), Chinese Yuan (CNY), Czech Koruna (CZK), Danish Krone (DKK), Euro (EUR), British Pound Sterling (GBP), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Hungarian Forint (HUF), Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Israeli New Shekel (ILS), Indian Rupee (INR), Icelandic Króna (ISK), Japanese Yen (JPY), South Korean Won (KRW), Mexican Peso (MXN), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Norwegian Krone (NOK), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Philippine Peso (PHP), Polish Złoty (PLN), Romanian Leu (RON), Swedish Krona (SEK), Singapore Dollar (SGD), Thai Baht (THB), Turkish Lira (TRY), US Dollar (USD), and South African Rand (ZAR).

How accurate are the exchange rates?

CurrencySwap uses official European Central Bank (ECB) reference rates sourced via the Frankfurter API. ECB rates are the international standard for financial reporting, accounting, and regulatory compliance. These are mid-market rates — banks and payment processors typically add a margin on top for retail transactions.

How often are exchange rates updated?

The European Central Bank publishes new reference rates on every European business day at approximately 4:00 PM Central European Time (CET). Rates are not updated on weekends or ECB public holidays. CurrencySwap fetches the latest published rates automatically each time you visit or change a currency.

Is CurrencySwap free to use?

Yes. CurrencySwap is completely free with no account, no sign-up, and no usage limits. It runs entirely in your browser and no personal data is collected by us.

How do I convert currency on CurrencySwap?

Enter your amount in the Amount field, select the source currency in the From dropdown, and select the target currency in the To dropdown. The result updates instantly as you type. Click the result to copy it, or press the ⇄ swap button to reverse the conversion direction.

Does CurrencySwap work on mobile phones?

Yes. CurrencySwap is fully mobile-responsive and works on all modern smartphones, tablets, and desktop browsers. It automatically applies dark mode based on your device's system preference.
